Processing
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Please allow for additional processing time around peak seasons or during Public holidays.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information when your order has been processed. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our studio in KL. Plastic-free shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days for West Malaysia. 3-5 business days for East Malaysia & Singapore.
Local Shipping (MY)
Lilin+Co is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during delivery.
Express shipping is available for Klang Valley & KL addresses. To arrange for express delivery, please contact us directly at +6010-8970190.
No physical receipt/bill will be included in the parcel.
International Shipping

Pick Up in-store (Klang Valley & KL only)
You'll receive a Ready for Pickup email confirmation as soon as your order is ready. If your order is placed near or after store closing, it will be available for pickup the next day.
Available Monday–Friday, 11am–6pm only at PJ Showroom.
Closed on weekends and Public Holidays.
Please place your order online and wait for a confirmation email before collection.
Self pick up from other platforms (Shopee/Lazada/tiktok) are not available.
