Min 2 years experience in relevant field
Oversee all e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada)
Manage online order fulfilments & liaise with shipping partners
Service customer enquiries online
Train retail staff to deliver a positive experience for customers
Service walk-in customers and introduce them to Lilin+Co’s products and offerings
Able to problem solve and work independently
